L’Atelier Viajes is a studio dedicated to the creation of transformative, tailor-made travel itineraries. We do not sell standard travel packages. Instead, we craft bespoke experiences that weave together culture, nature, philosophy, and beauty.
– Purpose of the Service
L’Atelier Viajes offers custom itinerary design, cultural consulting, and optional reservation support, with the aim of creating meaningful, one-of-a-kind journeys for each traveler.
– a) Overview of the Engagement Process
The process begins with a complimentary 20–30 minute Discovery Call, where we explore your desires, needs, and expectations—both yours and those of your travel companions. During the video call, we’ll schedule a second session, also complimentary, to present an initial sketch of your journey’s design.
If you decide to move forward, a first payment will be required to begin the detailed design process.
Once the itinerary is approved, a second payment completes the process and confirms the delivery of your final itinerary and travel guide.
– b) The 5 Steps of the Design and Delivery Process
– c) Payments and Invoicing
Payments are made in two parts: an initial deposit to begin the design and a final payment before the delivery of your itinerary.
– Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit or debit card, or PayPal.
– We issue official invoices (CFDI) for clients in Mexico. For clients in the U.S., Europe, and other countries, a detailed receipt will be provided upon completion of the service.
The investment you make in the creation of a meaningful, tailor-made journey is non-refundable once the design process begins.
– But here is my promise:
– If, after the first session, you feel we’re not aligned, you may cancel at no cost and with no obligation.
– And if, within the first 3 days following your first payment, you decide not to continue, I will return your deposit in full—no questions asked, no pressure.

– Summary of Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of this service, refunds are not issued once the design process has started. If the client decides not to proceed before the second session, no additional charges will apply.
L’ Atelier Viajes is not a tour operator or service provider. We act as designers and advisors. We are not responsible for cancellations, changes, or errors made by third-party providers such as airlines, hotels, car rentals, train companies, local tour operators, guides, cruises, attractions, restaurants, or other vendors.
– Liability Statement
L’ Atelier Viajes acts solely as an itinerary consultant and designer. We are not liable for any issues arising from services booked directly by the client or on behalf of the client with third-party providers.
We cannot foresee weather disruptions, sociopolitical changes, or other unforeseen events during your journey.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation and medical coverage.
– Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Mexico. For clients based in the United States, applicable state law and international service regulations will apply.
We only accept three personalized journeys per monthto ensure full creative dedication to each traveler’s story. To secure your spot, we recommend booking in advance..
