You arrive with ideas, places that draw you in, and questions still to be resolved.
At L’Atelier, we help you bring them into focus and turn them into a route shaped around your time, your interests, and the way you want to travel.
Your time is sacred ~ the way you travel should be too.

I design every route myself, bringing more than 40 years of travel experience to the decisions behind it. You work directly with me, from beginning to end.
A well-designed route finds its value in the sequence: the right base, enough time for each place, sensible connections, and space to enjoy what you have just experienced.
Designing a journey also means recognising what deserves a place in this trip — and what may be better saved for the next one.

We begin with your ideas and what emerges through our conversations. From there, we shape the order of the journey, choose the right bases and timing, research alternatives, and develop a clear, realistic itinerary that feels easy to follow.
Every decision reflects the way you want to experience the journey.
The final price depends on the length of the trip, the complexity of the route, and the level of research required.
A deposit is required to begin. The usual payment schedule includes a second payment once the initial route outline has been approved.
After the discovery call, you will receive a proposal outlining the scope, price, payment schedule, and estimated delivery date.
I work on only a few itineraries at a time so that each journey receives the attention it deserves. It is best to begin well in advance, especially for high-season travel.
Selected booking assistance and additional support are available throughout the process, depending on the type of journey, supplier availability, and the scope we agree upon.
The scope will be clearly outlined in your proposal. Major changes to the destination or length of the trip, as well as additional bookings or arrangements, are quoted separately.

The Roadmap is yours to keep and use throughout your planning.
Step 01
⏲ During a complimentary discovery call, we get to know your travel plans and make sure custom itinerary design is the right fit for you.
Afterward, you will receive a proposal outlining the scope, price, and timeline.
Step 02
Your deposit confirms the project and reserves your place on my calendar.
In our first session, we bring together your interests, priorities, pace, budget, and any particular considerations to identify what should guide the design.
This is where we define the coordinates that will shape the route.
Step 03
During our second session, we review the initial framework: the order of the journey, your bases, the number of nights, and the key decisions that will shape the trip.
Once the framework is approved and the next payment has been made, I complete the development of your itinerary.
Step 04
During our third session, we review the itinerary together, answer any remaining questions, and agree on the final adjustments.
You will then receive the completed digital version, with the option to request one minor adjustment within the agreed timeframe.
Throughout the entire process, you work directly with Bea.
If you need clarity on a route, where to base yourself, timing, or one specific decision before moving forward.
If you prefer to research and plan the journey yourself, with our perspective as a starting point.
If you want to better understand what you look for when you travel and the kinds of experiences that tend to resonate with you.

You may come with an initial idea, a few dates, several possible destinations, or simply a list of places that interest you.
Part of the process is precisely to sort through those possibilities and recognize what is worth exploring first.
The discovery call gives us a chance to understand your project and see whether custom itinerary design is the right next step.
The service starts at USD 387 for a route of up to 8 days. The final price depends on the length of the trip, the complexity of the route, and the level of research required.
After the discovery call, you will receive a clear proposal before we begin.
You will receive a digital itinerary with the structure of the journey, your bases, timing, transfers, and the recommendations agreed upon during the process.
The exact contents will be outlined in your proposal.
The core service is itinerary design. Quotes, bookings, and other arrangements can be added when needed and will be listed separately in your proposal.
You are also welcome to use the finished route to make your own reservations directly.
The process includes review sessions to refine the route before delivery, as well as one minor adjustment afterward within the agreed timeframe.
Significant changes to the destination, length, or overall direction of the trip require a review of the scope, timeline, and price.
It is best to start as soon as you have an approximate idea of your dates, particularly if you are traveling during high season.
L’Atelier works with a limited number of projects at a time so that each itinerary receives the attention it deserves.
Europe is one of L’Atelier’s main areas of expertise. Other destinations can be considered depending on the project, the destination, and the kind of journey you have in mind.
You can begin with a private 40-minute consultation focused on one specific decision: choosing between two routes, deciding where to base yourself, assessing the timing, or identifying the best next step.
The session is USD 97 and is offered as a separate service from full itinerary design.
Yes. It is a brief conversation to learn about your project, explain how the process works, and see whether the service is a good fit.
Research and personalized recommendations begin once the proposal has been approved and the deposit has been received.

You may come with a few dates, several places in mind, or an idea that is still taking shape.
In a brief exploratory call, I’ll get to know your project and we’ll see whether Custom Itinerary Design is the right next step to turn it into a route.
