L’ Atelier Viajes is a studio dedicated to designing transformative, custom-made itineraries. We do not sell standard packages. We create unique, tailor-made routes and experiences that intertwine culture, nature, philosophy, and beauty.
Service Purpose:
L’ Atelier Viajes offers personalized itinerary design services, cultural consulting, and optional booking support, with the purpose of creating meaningful and memorable journeys for each traveler.
L’ Atelier Viajes acts exclusively as a travel itinerary consultant and designer. We are not a travel agency, tour operator, or provider of transportation, accommodation, or activities suggested in the itineraries.
Our obligation is one of means, not of results, and is limited to the creative and professional design of the itinerary.
a) Summary of an Engagement Process
The process begins with a free 20 to 30-minute discovery call where we explore your desires, needs, and expectations—both yours and your travel companion’s. During this video call, we will schedule a second free session where I will present a preliminary sketch of the trip design.
If you decide to continue, a first payment will be requested to begin the detailed itinerary design.
Once approved, a second payment will be made to complete the process and schedule the final delivery of the itinerary and travel guide.

Payments are made in two parts: an advance payment to begin the design, and a final payment before the delivery of the completed itinerary.
– Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit or debit card, or PayPal.
– We issue a tax invoice (CFDI) for clients in Mexico. For clients in the U.S., Europe, and other countries, we provide a detailed receipt upon completion of the service.
The investment you make to create a purposeful, custom-made trip is non-refundable once the design process has begun.
– But here is my promise:
– If, after the first session, you feel that we are not aligned, you can cancel at no additional cost and with no commitment.
And if, within the first 3 days after the first payment, you decide not to continue, I will refund your advance payment (minus 20%). No questions asked. No pressure.
Non-refundable: 20% for banking costs and/or transfer fees.

Third-party services: Problemas o fallas en la prestación de servicios por terceros como aerolíneas, hoteles, arrendadoras de autos, trenes, operadores locales, guías locales, cruceros, atracciones, restaurantes, o cualquier otro proveedor externo, entre otros.
3. Uso de la Información bajo Riesgo del Cliente:
El cliente reconoce y acepta que toda la información, recomendaciones y detalles proporcionados en el itinerario son para fines orientativos y son utilizados bajo su propio riesgo y responsabilidad. El cliente es responsable de verificar y confirmar directamente con los proveedores finales (aerolíneas, hoteles, agencias, etc.) cualquier detalle relevante antes y durante el viaje.
4. Renuncia de Garantías:
L’ Atelier no ofrece ninguna garantía, expresa o implícita, de que el viaje será perfecto o de que se cumplirán los resultados específicos que el cliente pudiera tener en mente. Nuestro compromiso es con la calidad del diseño del itinerario y la información proporcionada, no con la ejecución final del viaje.

L’ Atelier Viajes acts exclusively as an itinerary consultant and designer. No se hace responsable por problemas, cancelaciones o cambios relacionados con servicios contratados directamente por el cliente, ni por aquellos en los que haya apoyado con la gestión de reservas ante terceros.
Tampoco es posible prever condiciones climáticas, tensiones sociopolíticas o cualquier otro imprevisto durante el viaje.
Por ello, recomendamos ampliamente contratar un seguro de viaje con cobertura amplia, incluyendo cancelaciones y gastos médicos.
– Governing Law
Este acuerdo se rige por las leyes mexicanas, conforme a las regulaciones de comercio y servicios. Para clientes en Estados Unidos, y Europa, aplicarán los mismos puntos antes mencionados correspondientes al diseño y asesoría de viajes.
